A music centre provides radio, CD, DVD and TV with English channels. Patio doors open on to a large south facing terrace with table, six chairs and a parasol; The area is secluded and attracts the south facing sun all daylight hours.

Kitchen

Fully equipped with fridge / freezer, oven with ceramic hob, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine and all other essentials. The kitchen looks out onto an enclosed private garden.

Off the main entrance hall there is a cloakroom with WC. A wrought iron staircase leads to the first floor and three bedrooms.

Bedroom 1

King size bed, large fitted wardrobe, large drawer unit, 2 bedside tables and fully tiled en-suite shower facilities

Bedroom 2

Double bed, large fitted wardrobe, large drawer unit, 2 bedside tables and is adjacent to the main bathroom off the landing. The fully tiled bathroom includes a full sized bath with shower over, WC and bidet.

Bedroom 3

Twin beds, large fitted wardrobe, drawer unit and bedside table and is serviced by the main bathroom.

All the bedrooms have French doors opening onto small balconies with sea or mountains views.

Solarium Roof Terrace

Facilities include 4 sun-loungers, a set of 4 chairs with a table and parasol. There is also a shower to cool off after lazing in the sun. The prime position of the solarium gives full circle views to the beautiful coast and mountains and a perfect position for keen sunbathers and sunset cocktails.

Garage

The underground garage is reached by stairs from the main hall and is suitable for a family car and space for storing golf clubs, luggage etc. A tumble dryer, ironing board and iron are provided. The garage is secured by an electric up and over door with remote control.
