1st July to 15th September, Easter and Christmas.
1st April to 30th June and 16th September to 15th October.
7th January to 30th March and 16th October to 20th December.
50% reservation deposit to be paid to confirm booking.
Balance to be paid 1 month prior to departure.
£150 refundable deposit to be returned after departure to cover for loss and unreasonable use of the property / contents and air conditioning.
